We’re delighted to announce that TFS member Tricia Welsch has just published a new biography of silver screen star Gloria Swanson, Gloria Swanson: Ready for Her Close-Up. In addition to being an associate professor of film studies at Bowdoin College in Maine, Tricia has been a member of TFS for several years, regularly attending the George Eastman House weekend.
We highly recommend this new bio of Gloria Swanson. Who knows? If you bring your copy to the George Eastman House weekend in August, maybe the author will autograph it!
